The business delivers an integrated end-to-end service across property strategy, buyer’s advocacy and mortgage lending , all within a proprietary client model designed to guide clients from planning through to property acquisition and portfolio growth. Because lending is embedded within every property purchase, the Mortgage Advisor role sits at the centre of the client journey - meaning you step into a consistent pipeline of qualified clients from day one. You won’t be operating as a one-person brokerage. Instead, you’ll work within a fully supported lending team designed to maximise broker productivity: • All client leads supplied • Dedicated Lending Analyst to prepare and lodge applications • Portfolio Success Specialist managing post-settlement relationships The business operates on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) with clear accountability, strong team collaboration and a high-performance, growth-focused culture. About the Role: As the Mortgage Advisor , you’ll take ownership of the client lending strategy and guide each deal from the initial conversation through to settlement. Working within a structured team model, you’ll focus on advising clients, structuring lending solutions and managing lender relationships, while your support team handles application preparation and post-settlement care. We’re looking for an experienced mortgage broker who can hit the ground running in a structured brokerage environment and thrives on deal complexity, consistent pipeline volume and delivering strong outcomes for clients. KPI's look like: Managing 18–22 active lending files Delivering ~85 settlements per year Average loan size of ~$588K Annual settlement volume of ~$50M Job Duties: Lead the client lending journey from strategy through to settlement Run client lending strategy and kick-off calls Structure residential and investment lending solutions Workshop complex scenarios with lender BDMs Brief the Lending Analyst team on applications Review files for credit quality and compliance Manage approvals through to unconditional settlement Maintain proactive client communication Contribute to a growing trail book About You: Full working rights in Australia Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking Active ACL/AFSL authorised representative (or clear pathway) 2–6 years mortgage broking experience Multi-lender residential lending experience Broker Engine proficiency Ability to manage high settlement volumes Complex deals (trusts, company borrowers, self-employed clients) AFG aggregator experience (highly regarded) Investment lending experience (highly regarded) Complex deals (trusts, company borrowers, self-employed clients) Benefits: All leads supplied – no self-generation required No marketing spend or prospecting Build your own trail book (vesting structure) 35-hour work week paid as 38 hours Structured team support (Analyst Client Success) Career Growth The business is scaling rapidly with national expansion planned.
